Tai Chi & Kung Fu
Golden Eagle Martial Arts Center shares space with UpDog Yoga Center. We teach Yang Family Tai Chi, Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, Bajiquan, Piguazhang and Baguazhang. Our Tai Chi heritage comes directly from the Yang family and we teach the complete martial system not just a shortened form exercise. Choy Li Fut Kung Fu is a Shaolin based system founded in 1836 by Chan Heung, Bajiquan and Piguazhang have been the fighting systems of the Bodyguards of the Imperial Palace in China for hundreds of years.
