Gloria Hester
Gloria has been teaching yoga for eight years and is certified through White Lotus Foundation. She has continued her studies to become certified in Therapeutic Yoga as well as completing a 200 hour certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy and she has studied somatic movement from Eleanor Criswell-Hanna. She holds numerous movement therapy certifications including a certification in NIA© (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
