Class Descriptions
Yoga 101 - These classes will cover the fundamentals of yoga practice and are ideal for those new to yoga. These one hour classes will cover breathing (ujjayi breath), sun salutations (surya namaskara A and B), standing, seated, twisting and balancing poses. There will be strict focus on alignment and synchronizing the breath with movement. This class is a great introduction for beginners and a shorter practice for more experienced practitioners. All levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Flow - This is a smooth flow class with poses held for 5 to 10 breaths so that the students can concentrate on alignment principles and detail.
Therapeutic Vinyasa Flow - This is a gentle, smooth flow class with with special emphasis placed on comfort and ease moving into and out of poses held for 10 to 20 breaths so that the students can increase strength, flexibility and stability.
Hot Power Vinyasa -This class is a vigorous flow designed to inspire beginners while continuing to challenge more experienced practitioners. Hydrate yourself well before class and bring a towel.
Yoga Kids - 45 minutes of fun and exercise to increase focus, motor skills and cognitive awareness.

- Drink plenty of water before class
- Refrain from eating 2 hours before class
- No perfumes please
- Mention any pre-existing injuries or
special
conditions to the teacher before class
