Yoga


The practice of yoga is based on intuition rather than a strict set of rules and each pose can be modified to suit one's own fitness level. The flow of the poses is designed to build stamina and strength in the body as well as clear the mind and improve focus and awareness.

Hot Vinyasa yoga is a sweaty, flowing style of yoga. Based on classical Ashtanga Yoga the movements flow with the breath and create stability and grace that permeate every aspect of your life.

Hot Vinyasa yoga emphasizes a vigorous approach to the asana (posture or pose) and pranayama (breath control) and combines the flow of classical Ashtanga yoga and the precise alignment of Anusara yoga with the heated room of Bikram's Hot yoga. Yoga will bring you to a new level of personal fitness both mentally and physically.

What you Need

  • A positive attitude
  • Comfortable light clothing
  • Yoga Mat (some available)
  • Towel
  • Drink plenty of water before class
  • Refrain from eating 2 hours before class
  • No perfumes please
  • Mention any pre-existing injuries or special
    conditions to the teacher before class
